The general cleaning service is done on a regular basis in order to keep your business running clean all the time.

Before submitting an initial quote we visit the client’s facilities to do an initial assessment of the areas to be serviced. During this visit we assess:

– size of the facilities;

– daily traffic;

– cleaning service tasks required;

– frequency of service required;

– number of staff required;

– client’s specific needs and areas of concern.

From there we prepare a quote detailing the proposed cleaning schedule and cleaning tasks to be performed, which can be adjusted and tailored to the client’s needs.

Depending on the size of the contract our rates can be negotiated. Our rates can be all-inclusive with all the cleaning materials included, or labour only and the client buys all the necessary supplies as we flag them to be needed.

Once we start working you can focus on your business and leave the cleaning to us. We make sure there are no service interruptions and will communicate every time something requires specific attention.
